The Magat Dam straddling Isabela and Ifugao had one gate still open on Monday morning to release water, according to PAGASA.
At 6 a.m. on August 8, the dam had one gate open at one meter.
Magat Dam's reservoir water level (RWL) was at 188.19 meters at 6 a.m. on Monday, which is near the 190-meter spilling level.
On Sunday at 6 a.m., Magat Dam's RWL was at 188.75 meters.
The dam released water starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday as rains due to the Southwest Monsoon and a low pressure area continued to pour.
The National Irrigation Administration said the dam was to release water at a rate of 200 cubic meters per second at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
